Submission Guidelines

If you would like to submit your shoujoai music videos, please read the following guidelines.

• Content: All submissions must be shoujoai or yuri-themed. They don't specifically have to be from a shoujoai anime; e.g. Gundam Wing and Weiss Kreuz videos are okay, as long as the AMV has shoujoai/yuri content.
  
  
• File Format: Videos can be of any viewable file format (AVI, RM, etc.); however, they must be of good quality (e.g. not compressed into a one inch window). Quality, not quantity...
  
  
• Method of Submission: You can either transmit the music video to us electronically, or snail-mail it on a CD. However, we cannot accept VHS tapes since we have no way of converting them into an electronic format at this time.
  
  
• Credit: There will need to be a credit screen that mentions Yuri Studios (http://videos.yuricon.com/) either at the beginning or the end of the video. The credit screen should read "Yuri Studios Presents:", along with the artist's name (i.e. you), anime used, song and musician/band used. Preferably, the URL for Yuricon (http://www.yuricon.org/) should be mentioned too.
  
  
• Approval: Submission does not guarantee that your video will be accepted. All videos will be reviewed by our staff for approval; if it meets our quality standards, then it will be officially accepted and the artist will become a member of Yuri Studios.
